
Citrus Matcha Spritz
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 50 ml hot water (80°C)
- 100 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 50 ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
- 4-5 fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
- Sparkling water or tonic
Preparation:
- Beat the matcha with hot water until frothy and let it cool.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and add the orange and grapefruit juice.
- Stir in the honey and mint leaves.
- Pour the cooled matcha on top for a beautiful layered look.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with extra mint and a slice of grapefruit.
